Eastleach Shoot

Eastleach is situated 25 minutes from Cirencester, covering some 3,600 acres of stunning Cotswold countryside.

The shoot is divided into two: the commercial side is nestled either side of the impressive River Leach valley which winds through the centre of the shoot.  This valley gives us the opportunity to present a wide variety of testing birds, fit for guns of all abilities.

Shown from our many acres of wild bird mix, strategically sited and supported with sizeable blocks of mixed plantation and mature woodland.

The second half of the shoot is given in its entirety to the conservation and enhancement of wild game and farmland bird populations.

The team are working hard and increasing a healthy number of wild grey partridges as well as supporting over twenty different species of Red and Amber listed farmland birds which can be found across the shoot, including Lapwing, Skylark, Yellowhammer, Corn bunting, Linnet and many more.

This is being achieved in collaboration with our Organic farming practices, good habitat in the form of our countryside stewardship schemes, with rigorous pest and predator management.
